HIGHER WAYS

Welcome to November! God is leading us into a higher blessing this month as He has promised from Isaiah 55:9, “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways”. God’s ways are highways. We will be able to drive and walk in the high ways when we travel with God. Today, you may have your own plans laid out, thinking you must accomplish the goals directly in front of you. Perhaps you’re focused on studying well, excelling in a competition or achieving a breakthrough. That’s what you might be worried about. Yet, despite your efforts, you may find yourself facing setbacks or obstacles — especially in areas as important as marriage, where you may encounter disappointment or delays. You may feel your studies aren’t working out, or perhaps family life is strained with constant conflict, making it difficult to stay united. You might feel that your dreams are slipping away, leaving you frustrated and struggling to find the strength to move forward. But, my friend, take heart — God is offering you a higher way, inviting you to step into His greater plan. There is a much higher way, a much higher plan, and each step on that journey will be a miracle leading you toward the life He has designed for you. I’d like to share a testimony from my sister Sharon’s life. When she began college in Chennai, she was excited about her future, immersing herself in every aspect of campus life. But then, God spoke to our family, directing us to establish a ministry in North America. His message was clear: ‘I have great plans for you there.’ We had to leave everything behind and move, which meant Sharon had to transfer her studies to Canada. She faced major hurdles in transferring her first-year credits. The school wasn’t initially willing to accept her previous coursework, and Sharon feared she’d lose valuable time in her education. Yet, miraculously, God intervened, and they accepted her into the second year. Relieved and hopeful, she poured her heart into her studies. But then, God called my father to move again—this time to the United States to establish a Prayer Tower. The news shook Sharon deeply; transferring her studies again seemed overwhelming. The process to enter a college in the U.S. was challenging, and the deadline was quickly approaching. Feeling defeated, she broke down, saying, ‘I’ll never finish my studies or build a future.’ But in obedience, she applied, and God miraculously granted her favor — she was accepted just in time. On her first day at the new college, she was greeted by a verse that felt like God speaking directly to her heart: ‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future’ (Jeremiah 29:11).This promise filled her with hope, and she went on to complete her studies, despite the challenges of adapting to different countries and cultures. Yet, that was only the beginning. God continued to lead her higher, opening doors she hadn’t imagined. She was invited to speak on social issues at the United Nations, where leaders, including senators, gathered to hear her speak. So, my friend, just as God honored Sharon for her obedience and faithfulness to His higher ways, He has a higher path for you as well. Get ready to step into it! The challenges you face today are only temporary. Embrace the higher ways of God and trust in His perfect plan for your life. He is leading you towards a future filled with hope and purpose. We are going to do two things for that. We are going to ‘Obey’ and ‘Follow’ God. To truly see God’s higher ways, we may need to let go of our expectations and relinquish our own plans. Today, ask God to reveal His plans for you; He will guide you to them. Just as Sharon said 'Yes' to God’s calling, I believe He will pour out His mighty blessings upon you, lifting you to new heights and helping you fulfill His great plans for your life.God will lead you victoriously step by step giving you strength and grant you His grace to obey and follow Him. He will also give you favor in the eyes of all the people and give you honor in the highest stature.May God bless you and fulfill all these great paths that He has for you.

With much prayers,

Samuel Dhinakaran
